Nov 30, 2018· All systems are go for Blackman High School to install artificial turf on its football field. The school received approval from Rutherford County Schools on Thursday to begin construction on the new turf. Blackman got approval from RCS to form a committee to raise funds for the proposed turf field in April. With that goal being reached, it was a matter of final approval to begin construction.
